The signup — what we store

When you leave your email to hear when the audiobooks release, exactly four things are stored:

• Your email address — so we can write to you.
• The time you signed up — a timestamp.
• The page you signed up from — the referring URL, so we know which page brought you.
• Your browser's user-agent string (truncated) — to help us spot and remove automated junk signups.

That is the complete list. No name, no location, no tracking profile.

Where it lives

The list is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, on infrastructure we operate directly. There is no third-party email marketing service, no mailing-list vendor, and no analytics company holding your address.

What it's used for

One thing: telling you when new editions of The Spirals of Kemush release — the audiobooks first. No spam, no promotions for anyone else, and your address is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, for any reason.

The Last Song

The free download of The Last Song does not require an email, does not set a cookie, and is not connected to the signup in any way. It is shared freely for cultural preservation and stays that way.

How to unsubscribe

Email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with (or name it in your message) and ask to be removed. Your record is deleted from the list — completely, not just marked inactive.

Site analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and privacy-first: it collects aggregate page-view counts without fingerprinting you, tracking you across sites, or storing anything about you individually.

The iOS app

The Spirals of Kemush iOS app is fully offline and collects nothing about you: no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. Nothing leaves your device.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
